  • The Society's latest figures, published in the Gazette, show the in-house sector continuing to grow, particularly in Dublin. Read the April Gazette
  • The Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) has published a Code of Practice (CoP) on longer working. The code sets out best practice on the management of retirement in organisations, an issue which has come to the fore in employment law over the last five to ten years. Training

The Diploma Centre and Law Society Professional Training provide training for in-house solicitors in the private and public sectors.

  • The Dublin In-House Panel Discussion will take place on 24 May 2018. Covering the theme of dealing with both internal and external change and upheaval, this discussion will be of relevance to all in-house solicitors, whether in the private or public sector and whether acting as sole practitioner, head of the in-house legal function or a member of the legal function team.
