See what’s happening in Mental Health and Wellbeing Week 2021.

Mental Health Awareness Week 2021

World Mental Health Day 2021 takes place on October 10. This year, the theme is ‘Mental Health in an Unequal World’. The Society will mark the event by hosting a week of events for our members from 4 to 8 October.

What’s happening

A series of online, daily activities will be available, with each day dedicated to cracking open a discussion around one mental health or wellbeing issue.

  • Monday 04 October: Introduction to the agenda and schedule for the week
  • Tuesday 05 October: Understanding Psychological Safety
  • Wednesday 06 October: Back to Workplace Anxiety
  • Thursday 07 October: Looking at Addiction
  • Friday 08 October: Talking about Secondary Traumatic Stress

The activities will take place via Facebook Live, several short videos released on Twitter, and via a Small Practice Information Session. Finally, the week will end on a high with the much-anticipated complimentary Business of Wellbeing Summit coming just days after (12 October).
