MODULE 3: Leading People; Leading People for Business Breakthrough; Fri 26 Jan 2018 (9.30-5.00pm) & Sat 27 Jan 2018 (9.30-5.00pm).
MODULE 4: Leading Business/Practice; Making your Leadership Real; Fri 9 Mar 2018 (9.30-5.00pm) & Sat 10 Mar 2018 (9.30-5.00pm).

Individual Executive Coaching:
A unique feature of this programme is the inclusion of three (1.5 hr) executive coaching sessions with members of the programme delivery team who are all experienced Executive Coaches. Each module is supported by a pivotal 'one-on-one' session offering confidential professional support with your leadership development.
On-line resources & on-line Community of Leadership:
Each module will be supplemented with excellent on-line materials and useful resources and activities, enabling participants to actively embed leadership skills and capacities throughout the Programme.You will also be given access to our specially created online ‘Community of Leadership’ to support your progress, allowing for virtual engagement with your leader peers and with members of the expert Programme Delivery team from September 2017 to completion of the Programme in Spring 2018.
Programme Delivery Team
Antoinette Moriarty
Antoinette trained as a psychotherapist in Dublin and at Metanoia Institute, London. She has over 20 years’ experience designing and leading professional and executive development for lawyers and other executive leaders. Antoinette has a particular focus on professional wellbeing and the inter-play between professional roles and personal identity. In addition to her private Psychotherapy and Executive Coaching practice (www.professionaltherapy.ie ), Antoinette manages the Law Society of Ireland’s Counselling Service and teaches a new element of professional legal education entitled ‘Shrink Me - Psychology of a Lawyer’.
Seán Ó Tarpaigh
Seán is a psychotherapist with a master’s degree from Metanoia Institute, London where he had a successful private practice in Hampstead for many years.Seán led mindfulness groups for stressed executives attending the Priory Hospital, London prior to returning to Dublin. He has a therapy and mindfulness practice, Crann Counselling, in Monkstown, Dublin.
Johanna Fullerton
Johanna is a Business Psychologist and the founder of SEVEN, Psychology at Work. She is a registered member of the Psychological Society of Ireland and a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society. Johanna has over 25 years’ experience consulting and coaching in a range of national & international organisations. She is passionate about facilitating positive change in individuals, teams and organisations. Johanna is also an Accredited Master Executive Coach with the Association for Coaching.
Colette Cahalane
Colette is a key member of the SEVEN team in the design and delivery of bespoke assessment and development programmes for clients. Prior to joining SEVEN Colette was a HR & Talent Development Manager in Microsoft Ireland for seven years. She held a number of roles partnering across different areas of the business to develop sustainable high performance environments for teams and individuals. Colette is an Executive Coach and has received the European MCC’s Senior Practitioner Level Award. She is qualified in the use of a range of psychometric and personality assessment instruments
Eadine Hickey
Eadine is a leadership development consultant and accredited coach with Resonate Leadership. She has a passion for supporting people as they develop their capacity for leadership. She has over 20 years' international experience in consulting (Accenture), financial services (General Electric and IFG) and leadership coaching. Eadine holds a degree in Actuarial and Financial studies, an MBA and PG Diplomas in Business and Executive Coaching and Coaching Psychology.
Eadine’s approach to leadership development is significantly influenced by her training in the 'Art and Practice of Leadership Development' at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, MA, USA.
Orla Nugent
Orla is an Executive Coach, trained in Harvard, UCD and London University. Orla has 20+ years international career in the Public and Private sectors, is a non-executive director and Director of the MBA at the UCD School of Business. Orla’s approach is psychologically informed and she creates an empowering confidential environment enabling trust and objective reflection. To her coaching engagements Orla brings her extensive experience of working with organizations during periods of significant change. Orla holds a degree in Engineering, an MBA, Postgraduate Diplomas in Coaching and Coaching Psychology from UCD and Company Direction from the IoD UK. Orla is a member of the Association for Coaching and a Founding Fellow of the Institute of Coaching (affiliated with Harvard Medical School).
