The new Practice Support Task Force is seeking your views.

Call for submissions
A new Practice Support Task Force to consider the needs of smaller firms, and how the Law Society can help them. The ask Force seeks feedback and submissions from members on the following issues facing solicitors in practice:
- how to make practices more sustainable and successful commercially,
- the increased obligations being imposed on solicitors by Government, public agencies or regulators,
- what is needed to support smaller practices with Law Society initiatives,
- what supports could assist to de-risk the practice lives of solicitors, and
- other issues/challenges particularly stressful for you in your practice.
Please send your feedback or submissions to be treated in strict confidence by email to Justin Purcell before 18 December 2020.
