Cases covered include:

  • a claim for an enhanced redundancy payment based on a collective agreement pertaining at the time of a transfer of undertakings (Gillian Reilly v Wedding List Solutions Limited, ADJ-00033560),
  • a successful claim for discrimination on grounds of race following questions at interview (Narimene Saad v Deeward Ltd, ADJ-00032864), and
  • a recommendation for compensation for unfair treatment of an employee with less than a year's service (A Sales Assistant v A Retailer, ADJ-00033212).
