The Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) has published its decisions and recommendations from 9 to 25 May.
May employment case law
Cases covered include:
- a claim of harassment prior to and following redundancy (An Upholsterer and Carpet Binder v An Interior Design Business, ADJ-00038136),
- an unsuccessful claim of failure to pay annual leave entitlement while on long-term sick leave (A Cleaner v Cleaning company B, ADJ-00026269), and
- an unsuccessful claim of constructive dismissal following a disciplinary process (Employer Services Consultant v Consultancy Services Provider, ADJ-00035301)
