WRC decisions and recommendations
The Workplace Relations Commission has published its latest decisions and recommendations from 27 September 2021 to 11 October 2021.

September employment case law
The decisions and recommendations include:
- a claim for unfair dismissal by reason of redundancy following the closure of an organisation's branch office (Jennifer O Sullivan v New Communities Partnership Limited, ADJ-00029860),
- a claim of unlawful deduction from wages for a training course (Ailish Browne v Kellsgrange Residential Services Ltd, ADJ-00033499), and
- dismissal of a "frivolous or vexatious" claim under Section 22 of the Equal Status Act 2000-2004 (Olumide Smith v APCOA Parking (Ireland) Limited, ADJ-00011016
