May employment case law

Cases covered include:

a decision on redundancy arising from long-term layoff (Leanne McConville v Seatown Taverns Ltd, ADJ-00041640) ,
a recommendation to engage in a binding arbitration process arising from a lengthy dispute (A Worker v A Semi State Company, IR - SC - 00000314) , and
an award of €45,000 in compensation for unfair dismissal by way of redundancy (Francis Corrigan v One51 Es Plastics Ltd Protech, ADJ-00030734).
