WRC decisions and recommendations
The Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) has published decisions and recommendations from 27 March to 4 April 2023.
March and April employment case law
Cases covered include:

a successful claim of harassment arising from inappropriate questions about a worker's sexual orientation A Creche Worker v A Creche, ADJ-00032972),
-
a successful claim against an employment agency under Section 25 of the Protection of Employees (Temporary Agency Work) Act, 2012 (Wojciech Krajewski ISM Recruitment, ADJ-00039447), and
-
