Cases covered include:

a doctor's unsuccessful complaint over a failure to be placed on a higher salary scale (A Health Service Employee v A Health Service Employer, IR - SC - 00000914),

an award of €50,255 for discrimination on the grounds of disability by failing to reasonably accommodate an employee (Mary McGaley v Kerry County Council, ADJ-00044745), and
