Cases covered include:

consideration of deductions from a statutory redundancy payment and payment in lieu of notice (Kieran Collins v Lee Travel Limited, ADJ-00037046),

a recommendation on the messaging given to workers who are not successful during their probation period (A Loyalty Sales Advisor v A Television Channel, ADJ-00046090), and
