Cases covered include:

a successful claim for arrears of pay under the Protection of Employees (Temporary Agency Work) Act, 2012 (Ciaráin Dignam v ISM Recruitment, ADJ-00039377),

consideration on the definition of “Registered Medical Practitioner" under the Organisation of Working Time Act (Bogdan Krynicki v Kepak Group, ADJ-00043800), and
