Cases covered include:

  • an award of €21,000 for unfair dismissal following a disciplinary investigation and breach of TUPE Regulations (Gillian O'Regan v Derry Court Company Limited, ADJ-00032910),

  • an unsucccessful claim seeking re-grading of a complainant's post where regrading was deemed to have collective implications (Social Care Worker v Public body, ADJ-00034739), and

  • consideration of the right to representation at proposed investigation meetings (A Security Guard v A Security Company, IR - SC - 00000547).
