The Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) has published decisions and recommendations from 26 June to 10 July 2023.
June and July employment case law
Cases covered include:

a successful claim for unfair dismissal where part of the complainant's work with the respondent was on an informal basis (Paul Burke v Dungarvan Insulation Limited, ADJ-00035692),
-
a complaint under the Equal Status Act found to be misconceived regarding the conduct of a Labour Court hearing (A Legal Representative v Chairman of a Division of the Labour Court, ADJ-00042833), and
-
a successful claim under the Equal Status Acts by a Russian minor excluded from a summer drama camp (Minor v Theatrical Summer Camp Organiser, ADJ-00040757).
