Issues covered include:

  • compensation of €1000 following a procedurally unfair dismissal for misconduct (Kevin Neary v Big Red Barn Ltd, ADJ-00038036),

  • an unsuccessful claim of penalisation following a complaint regarding the wearing of personal protective equipment (Ciara O’ Connor v Four Districts Daycare Center, ADJ-00029764), and

  • a recommendation for compensation and removal of an essential requirement in future job competitions (General Operator v County Council, ADJ-00033754).
