Employment and equality case law
Issues covered include:

an award of four weeks pay in circumstances where the employee suffered no financial loss from an unfair dismissal (Hilary Fagan v Scoil Choca Naofa, ADJ-00034714),

an unsuccessful claim of discrimination on the Traveller Community ground in the allocation of housing (Timmy McCarthy v Cork City Council, ADJ-00031985), and
-
an award of €1,000 compensation for dismissal during a probationary period (A Worker v A Health Provider, ADJ00037023).
