Co-operative Housing Ireland and the Department of the Environment Climate and Communications are seeking tenders for the provision of legal services.

Co-operative Housing Ireland

Co-operative Housing Ireland has a requirement for legal services across three lots:

  • Lot 1: Board, Corporate, Tenancy and Multi-Disciplinary requirements;

  • Lot 2: Development and Acquisitions for projects with a value over €40 million; and

  • Lot 3: Development and Acquisitions for projects with a value under €40 million.

The estimated total value of the competition is €15m and the deadline for receipt of tenders is 16 October 2023. For more information, see the competition on eTenders. 

Department of the Environment Climate and Communications

The Minister for Environment, Climate and Communications invites interested parties to submit tenders for legal advice supporting the design and implementation of the Small-scale Renewable Electricity Support Scheme (SRESS).
