It features case study categories offering valuable insights into challenges practices experience. There are currently four categories, which contain a range of scenarios:

In-depth examples of regulatory requirements where a sole principal dies, featuring various scenarios for winding up the firm and sale of the firm.
4. Cessation in practice
How to navigate cessation in practice for both a sole principal and a partnership practice, and related regulatory requirements.
