This year, the Business of Wellbeing Summit will look at dignity at work and how it can be applied in small, medium and large sized firms.

About the event

The Summit will also offer evidence on how a dignity at work culture can lead to thriving employees, and, therefore, a thriving business. The event is targeted at firms and professionals who want to hear from cutting-edge industries about how a culture of dignity promotes respect, supports wellbeing and drives productivity and sustainable business outcomes. Law Society President Michelle Ní Longáin will open the event and address the importance of dignity at work and the achievements of the Dignity Matters Report. The event will explore the following:

  • Practical steps small, medium, and large sized firms can take to prevent and tackle harmful behaviours in their workplaces

  • The impact of bullying and harassment on individuals, teams and organisations

  • The role of leadership in the legal profession to tackle these challenges head-on

  • Bystander Intervention: What individuals can do to play their part in the battle against bullying, harassment, and sexual harassment
