Juvenile Protocol Seminar
Join the Bar of Ireland on 10 December for a seminar on the Protocol for Expediting Rape and Murder Cases Involving Minors as Victims or Defendants.
The Hon. Ms Justice Caroline Biggs will introduce the protocol which includes sections on:

investigation, early consultation, file submission and decision making;
-
Court accompanied support worker for child offenders;
-
third-party material;
-
the District and Central Criminal Court;
-
provision of information to child defendant / victim (and / or their parent or guardian); and
-
data collection and review.
