Meet the speakers at next week's Law Society Psychological Services Festival.

The Law Society launches its new member service – Law Society Psychological Services – with a three-day festival ‘Building High Impact Professionals’. This event, taking place from 6 to 8 September, welcomes solicitors and trainees to come together, recharge, reflect and prepare for the future.

We are hosting an insightful panel discussion ‘Changing Culture in the Legal Profession’ (in partnership with Law Society Professional Training) to explore:

  • building effective lawyers in a changing professional landscape,

  • how leadership impacts teams,

  • cultural transformation, and

  • creating a healthy professional environment.

1 Management and Professional Development Skills CPD hour will be available for attendance at this event.

Speakers include:

  • Patrick Boland – Executive Coach & Managing Director, Conexus Consulting Ltd;

  • Sara Carnegie - Legal Director, International Bar Association;
