Common Proposal Form
Solicitors can now download the Common Proposal Form for Professional Indemnity Insurance in 2025/2026.
The content of the form remains unchanged from last year other than amended dates. To use the editable form, first save the form to your computer before completion. All participating insurers in the market will accept this form through your broker when applying for cover. It should be noted that there is no requirement to include a certificate of good standing with your proposal form.
Upcoming renewal resources
The guide to renewal and other documentation for the 2025/2026 renewal will be published shortly. The list of insurers will be published after the Participating Insurers Agreement deadline of 1 November 2025. All current insurers on the list are expected to continue in the market for next year.
