You’ll manage your own caseload of Motor Injury, Fraud, Credit Hire, or Casualty claims, support Partners on higher-value matters, gain courtroom experience, and contribute to the growth of a talented team. 

The role 

- Manage your own files across Motor and Casualty litigation

- Review and analyse documents, liability, quantum and causation

- Draft advice, pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence

- Attend court and work alongside counsel

- Liaise with clients and supervise junior team members

- Support business development initiatives

What you’ll bring

- Newly qualified Solicitor

- Litigation experience welcomed; Motor Injury/Fraud or Casualty exposure desirable

- Strong analytical, forensic, and communication skills

- Ability to prioritise, work under pressure, and collaborate effectively
