Doyle Legal Solicitors, based in Dublin 3 are seeking a locum experienced Legal Secretary for their busy conveyancing department. This is a short term office based position.
Responsibilities will include:
- Typing;
- Amending documents;
- Filing and opening new files;
- Scanning;
- Overflow secretarial work.
Background and experience:
- Ideally a minimum of three years legal secretary experience and ideally in conveyancing;
- Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment.
Key skills required:
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Good database experience;
- Good team player.
