TJ Hegarty LLP Solicitors are seeking to recruit a full time Receptionist/Secretary to join their busy Cork city centre office.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Reception duties to include answering telephones and dealing with client queries and greeting clients;
- Audio typing from digital dictation;
- Maintaining client files to include photocopying, scanning, filing;
- Creating, amending, formatting legal documents;
- General administration duties;
- Attention to detail and accuracy essential;
- High organisational ability required.
Salary and terms will be commensurate with experience.
