Hanahoe and Hanahoe Solicitors based in Naas, County Kildare are currently seeking to recruit a Receptionist/Legal Secretary to join their team. The candidate should have experience in a similar role.
Candidates must be able to work in a team, be highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and be capable of working in a busy professional office. Dictaphone typing, excellent IT and organisational skills are essential.
The role will include the following tasks:
- Preparation of legal documents and briefs;
- Management of post and DX;
- File management;
- Answering phones and dealing with client queries;
- Diary management;
- General office administration.
The following skills are required in the role:
- Excellent IT skills;
- Experienced audio typing;
- Fast and accurate typing skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
