Beale and Company LLP are currently looking to recruit a Solicitor to join their Dublin Office as a member of the Professional Indemnity team. Ideally candidates will have 1+ years’ experience of working in the area of professional indemnity, insurance litigation or commercial litigation experience.

Beale and Company LLP act for Irish and UK-based insurers, as well as a self-insured clients. They defend construction professionals such as architects and engineers, as well as other professionals such as accountants, insurance brokers, solicitors and surveyors.

They also provide coverage advice to insurers as well and advise them in relation to policy wordings generally. Ideally candidates should be able to demonstrate some experience in dealing with professional indemnity claims and be conversant with all aspects of coverage.
