McKenna Murphy Solicitors are a well-established law firm with a strong reputation for providing high-quality legal services. Due to increasing client demand, they are seeking a dedicated and experienced part time Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team.
The role:
You will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. This includes:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity and remortgages
- Title checks, raising queries, and drafting contracts
- Liaising with clients, estate agents and lenders
- Ensuring transactions proceed smoothly and efficiently
Experience with probate matters and other areas of succession law is also a plus.
