Nolan, Farrell & Goff LLP, a large and busy general practice in Waterford city, are seeking to recruit the services of a Litigation Solicitor on a full time, permanent basis.

The ideal candidate should have the following:

• A minimum of 2 years’ post qualification experience in wide ranging litigation to include personal injury law;
• Experience in and knowledge of the District, Circuit and High Court and attending at court for motions and hearings and settlement meetings;
• Experience in filing and drafting legal documents, correspondences, pleadings, and motions;
• Experience in taking instructions and advising clients as well as briefing counsel and external experts;
• Self-motivated individual with ability to handle workload;
• Good IT skills;
• Strong and effective communication skills with both colleagues and clients.
