Breen Walsh Solicitors LLP in Cork City are seeking to recruit a Legal Secretary with conveyancing experience.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Digital audio typing
- Maintaining client files to include filing, referencing and opening files, archiving files, photocopying, scanning etc.
- E Stamping
- Online registration
- Diary management and liaising with clients, and solicitors.
The candidate must have:
- Two plus years Legal Secretary experience within conveyancing
- Work well as part of a team
- Advanced PC skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Time management, organisation, and communication skills.
