La Touche Training, Ireland’s leading legal training provider, has a vacancy for a full time Legal Programme Developer and Trainer who is a qualified solicitor or barrister. This position will include both remote work and training on site with clients. The successful candidate will work on a comprehensive range of legal training and education programmes developed primarily for the non-legal market.

Main duties include:

- The development of new and existing courses

- Designing seminars

- Delivering training to wide client base of regulatory bodies, HSE, local authorities and commercial sector.

This position involves predominantly working remotely for course development and designing seminars, and delivering training either virtually or face-to-face, depending on client’s preference. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a professional, proactive and commercially orientated approach, have a flair for training and be a self-starter to get the most out of this challenging and rewarding role.

This is an ideal opportunity for an individual who is highly motivated, driven, enjoys working in a team environment and has excellent interpersonal skills. Experience in legal training/development or online learning and a background in criminal law or conducting investigations would be a distinct advantage.
