The role
- Draft loan agreements, security documents, corporate certificates, and board minutes
- Register security with CORE and prepare documents for the Registry of Deeds and Land Registry
- Draft contracts for sale, deeds, and declarations
- Prepare completion documents and collate reports/trackers for clients
- Liaise with clients, agents, banks, and internal teams
- Support partners and solicitors with delegated tasks in a fast-paced environment
This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented Legal Executive looking to gain commercial experience and progress their career.
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years’ experience in a legal environment (Property/Real Estate Finance desirable)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Resilience, ambition, and a problem-solving mindset
- Competence with Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work flexibly to meet client needs
