LGT Capital Partners (Ireland) Limited represents the operating arm of LGT Capital Partners Limited in Ireland and together with other LGT operating companies in Ireland provide a range of banking, investment management and fund administration services employing approximately 80 people. The company is now looking to add a highly motivated Legal Administrator to join a dedicated team focused on providing a quality service to its clients. This role may suit a potential FE1 candidate.

Job specification:

The successful person will be responsible for transaction documentation, company secretarial, regulatory filings, and document management for LGT companies and investment funds including:

  • Management of Board Office including relationship management with directors and stakeholders;
  • Organisation, preparation and execution of board meetings and minutes;
  • Preparation of AGMs and EGMs for Irish and Luxembourg funds;
  • Preparation of legal, tax and regulatory filings and returns (CRO, CBI, UBO, etc.);
  • Transaction documentation execution and management;
  • Execution and filing of contractual agreements;
  • General filing and administration with respect to physical and electronic records;
  • Various project related activities.

Attributes required:

  • Third level business or legal qualification;
  • Minimum one to two years' experience working in legal secretary or paralegal role;
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail;
  • Computer literate and competent with MS Word and Excel;
  • Ability to act on own initiative;
  • An organised approach to work with good attention to detail;
  • Strong communication skills (both written and oral).
