About the role 

You will work across a wide range of employment law matters, including:

- Contentious and non‑contentious employment work Workplace investigations, HR advisory, drafting policies and contracts

- WRC and Labour Court matters

- Mediation and dispute resolution

- Drafting WRC Submissions, research and strategic client advisory

- Experience in related corporate or civil litigation matters is an advantage, though not essential.

This position offers genuine autonomy over your own files, with close collaboration with the Principal on more complex advisory and contentious work.
