O’Hanrahan Lally D’Alton Solicitors are seeking to recruit a Conveyancing and Probate Solicitor to join their busy city centre practice. The position will be based in their Talbot street office.

The role includes:

• All areas of residential conveyancing;
• Acting for both purchasers and vendors;
• All areas of residential and commercial leases;
• Acting for both landlords and tenants re-mortgaging residential property;
• Acting for developers in relation to the sale of housing estates;
• Submitting probate applications, estate administration and wills drafting;
• Drafting and registering Enduring Powers of Attorney.

Requirements:

• The role would suit a newly qualified Solicitor;
• Experience in all areas of conveyancing and probate experience in client facing roles;
• Strong IT proficiency.

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
