The Dublin office of the Maples Group has an opportunity for a newly qualified Associate to join its Litigation group and an opportunity for a newly qualified or Junior Associate to join its Tax group.
The Litigation team in Dublin advises domestic and international clients across a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters - with a particular focus on financial services litigation, regulatory investigations and enforcement, professional liability and insurance, construction litigation, insolvency and restructuring, and tax disputes. Their clients include domestic and international financial institutions, private equity funds, insolvency practitioners, contractors, and corporates.
The award winning Tax group includes several of Ireland's leading tax lawyers and offers an opportunity to develop your technical excellence and commercial expertise. The team advises Irish and international clients on all Irish tax issues, including corporate tax, VAT and employment taxes as well as working with their global offices on many international tax issues and innovative investment structures. Their clients include leading investment funds, banks and corporates. As part of a global team, the role provides an exciting opportunity to advise clients on EU and international tax developments.
