Webinar to examine benefits of mediation for lawyers
The German/Irish Lawyers and Business Association (GILBA) will hold a mediation webinar on Thursday 15 April, from 5pm-6.30pm.
The webinar forms parts of the popular GILBA distinguished speakers series and will host Sabine Walsh, Dr Daniel Röder, and Mr Justice Paul Gilligan. Those wishing to attend should register in advance.
Sabine Walsh will speak about the importance for lawyers of learning about mediation.
At 5.25pm, Dr Daniel Röder will address prejudices against mediation – and their ultimate refutation.
Commercial litigation
Mr Justice Paul Gilligan will speak at 5.45pm on commercial litigation, pre-trial mediation, and the aspect of legal costs.
The webinar will conclude with a question-and-answer session.
