Dublin Circuit Family Law Court call-over
Dublin Circuit Family Law Court is to hold a further remote call-over of all remaining adjourned motions from February and March this year.
In a notice on the Courts Service website, the court said that motions listed from 1 February to 26 March inclusive would now be called over remotely on Friday, 16 April, with a view to assigning a date and time to them.
Split
Due to the volume of motions involved, the call-over will be split into four separate time frames:
- 10am: Motions from 1 February to 5 February,
- 11am: Motions from 8 February to 11 February,
- 2pm: Motions from 12 February to 5 March,
- 3pm: Motions from 6 March to 25 March.
