Law firm Arthur Cox has announced the appointment of three new partners at its Dublin office, in a move that brings its percentage of women partners up to 38%.
Ruth Lillis, who has extensive experience advising on domestic and cross-border aviation, asset finance and general finance matters, becomes a partner in the firm’s aviation and asset finance practice.
Experienced construction and infrastructure lawyer, Niamh McGovern, becomes a partner in Arthur Cox’s infrastructure, construction and utilities practice.
Sarah McCague, who advises employers and trustees on a wide range of issues including the establishment and operation of pension schemes, becomes a pensions partner.
Arthur Cox managing partner Geoff Moore said each of the three new partners had demonstrated “outstanding legal expertise”.
He added that while the increase in women partners at the firm was a move in the right direction, there was still more work to do in this area.
