Taxation of Costs virtual hearings in November
The County Registrar is hearing Taxation of Costs’ matters by way of virtual hearing on the following dates: 19 ,20, 25, 26, and 27 November, commencing at 10am each morning on those dates.
The Courts Service is aware that a number of solicitors practising as legal costs accountants are not members of the Institute of Legal Costs Accountants, which has been notified today (16 November) of the above virtual hearing dates.
Instructed
As a result, the Courts Service has asked us to advise that any legal costs accountants instructed in any of the matters on the above dates should contact the Circuit Civil Office at dublinciviloffice@courts.ie in order to obtain the virtual-meeting-room participant notes and log-in details.
