OSM Partners appoints three associate solicitors

Specialist legal practice OSM Partners has appointed Robert Georgiou as a new personal insolvency and mortgage litigation associate.

Jesika Loughran, meanwhile, has been named as an associate in the commercial litigation department.

And Dylan Walsh is now an associate in the property department.

Insolvency

Robert Georgiou joined OSM Partners over two years ago and has acted in personal insolvency and mortgage litigation cases in both the Circuit and High Courts. 

He acts for financial institutions, receivers, blue chip companies and private clients. Prior to OSM Partners, Georgiou worked as a crown prosecutor in New Zealand. 

Dylan Walsh is a property solicitor with extensive experience in conveyancing, probate, wills and estate planning.

He acts in the disposal and acquisition of both residential and commercial property, and clients include financial institutions, private investment funds, receivers and private clients.

Corporate restructuring

He is currently studying for a Law Society Diploma in Insolvency Law and Corporate Restructuring.
