New tax partner appointed at MHC
Law firm Mason Hayes & Curran LLP (MHC) has announced the appointment of Niamh Caffrey (pictured) as a partner in the firm’s tax team.
The firm’s managing partner Declan Black described Niamh Caffrey, who is also a member of the Law Society’s Taxation Committee, as “a hugely knowledgeable tax lawyer”.
Tax planning
She advises international and domestic clients across a range of business sectors on tax planning and structuring.
She also advises financial institutions, private equity and investment management firms on tax matters relevant to structuring transactions.
