Family law motions to be listed midweek in December

With the expected easing of level-five restrictions on Wednesday, family law case progression hearings before the Dublin County Registrar will be listed for hearing on Wednesdays and Thursdays during December.

The lists will be staggered and once the adjourned case progression hearings are relisted, summonses for new matters will issue.

Hearing dates

If there is an easing of restrictions, family law motions will commence on 10 December for certain hearing dates to be allocated.

A list to fix dates will be heard on 17 December.

The consent email address cannot be used for County Registrar matters once hearings resume.

Arrangements are in place to ensure compliance with HSE distancing requirements and practitioner cooperation is appreciated.
