Family law motion lists before the Dublin County Registrar, which have been adjourned since 22 October, will be now be listed for hearing on Thursdays and Fridays during December.
The 11 December hearings will be subject to all current public-health restrictions and will be dealt with in staggered lists, according to the most recent Courts Service update.
Once the adjourned motions hearings are relisted, new matters will then issue in due course.
The list to fix dates will then be heard on 17 December
Once hearings resume, the consent email address cannot be used for County Registrar matters.
Arrangements are in place to ensure compliance with HSE distancing requirements. Practitioner co-operation is both requested and appreciated.
Practitioners should only attend court at their scheduled time. And all matters will be dealt with in line with public-health guidelines.
