MHC to add 50 staff in the coming year
Law firm Mason Hayes & Curran (MHC) has announced plans to recruit 50 new staff in the next 12 months.
These will mainly be lawyers, but the firm also has roles for project managers, legal-technology specialists, and business professionals.
MHC says that its “flexible” approach – including hybrid working – will enable it to offer positions to those who want to live and work throughout Ireland, and overseas.
The firm has also announced the recent appointment of 15 new partners, in a wide range of areas.
New partners
“It’s very pleasing to announce so many promotions to partner reflecting the talent and opportunity at MHC,” said Declan Black (managing partner, pictured).
MHC employs more than 550 staff – including 105 partners – with offices in Dublin, New York and London.
The new partners are:

- Hannah Devoy (construction and built environment),
- James Morrin (dispute resolution),
- James Gallagher (product regulatory and life sciences),
- Laura Durning (competition),
- Liam Heylin (competition),
- Muireann Hernon (financial services and energy),
- Sarah Cloonan (financial regulatory and financial services).
