Corporate partner is hired by MH&C LLP
Galway-based John Troute has been appointed to the Mason Hayes & Curran LLP (MHC) corporate team.
Troute specialises in mergers and acquisitions and has acted for private equity and venture capital firms, particularly in the technology and agriculture sectors.
He is also qualified to as a solicitor in England and Wales.
