UCD summer lecture series scans changes in public law

The UCD Public Law lunchtime seminar series continues next Thursday and will run until 29 July.

Organised by the UCD Centre for Constitutional Studies, this series will cover important recent developments in Irish public law.

Delivered by leading practitioners, the seminars run each Thursday from 1.10pm to 1.55pm.

There is a charge of €20 per seminar or €50 for the whole series.

Topics

The speakers and topics are as follows: 

  • 8 July, Paul Brady BL: Recent developments in the law and practice of wardship,
  • 15 July, Ailbhe O'Neill BL:  Zalewski v Adjudication Officer – Implications for Regulators,
  • 22 July, Aoiffe Moran, Connor Cassidy and Aishlinn Gannon ( Matheson):       The evolving landscape in corporate liability and accountability,
  • 29 July, Brian Foley SC and Rachel Minch SC (Philip Lee Solicitors): Recent developments in access to information.
