Tully Rinckey names new partner for Dublin office

Tully Rinckey LLP has named Ursula Cullen as a partner in the firm’s Dublin office.

Ursula practises in the areas of employment law, litigation and personal injury, and has worked in Ireland, Britain and offshore.

She also works and advises on cross-border insolvency, commercial and contractual disputes. She joins Tully Rinckey after serving as in-house legal counsel for a large recruitment organisation.

Ursula’s employment law experience includes advising on contentious and non-contentious matters, and assisting clients in drafting bespoke employment contracts, compromise agreements, non-disclosure agreements and bespoke advice in corporate policies and procedures for internal HR matters.

She is also a regular speaker on the topic of lawyer and workplace wellness, and is a certified executive coach.

Executive coach

Grainne Loughnane (managing partner) said: “Ursula’s diverse background and experience greatly enhance our litigation and employment practice areas, and her experience as a certified executive coach adds additional services the firm can offer to executive level professionals.”

Ursula is a member of the Law Society, and is qualified in England and Wales, and the British Virgin Islands as a solicitor advocate (non-practising).

She holds a Barrister-at-Law Degree from King’s Inns, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) (Hons) from Griffith College Dublin.

Since entering Dublin in 2018, Tully Rinckey has won Q9000 certification.
