Tully Rinckey names new Dublin partner

Legal firm Tully Rinckey has named Declan Brooks (pictured) as a partner in its Dublin office.

Mr Brooks, who had worked as a consultant to the firm since September last year, specialises in property law for both private and commercial clients, acting for a range of property developers, housing and government bodies, mixed retail, commercial and residential projects.

Expansion

“Declan’s partnership is a testament to the expansion of Tully Rinckey in Ireland and the growth of our property department,” said Grainne Loughnane, managing partner of the Dublin office.

Tully Rinckey. headquartered in New York, was founded in 2004 and currently has 11 US offices, an office in Dublin and another in London, which opened in 2019. It has expanded since entering the Irish market in July 2018.
