NTMA mediator to speak at conference

The Irish Commercial Mediation Association (ICMA) is holding its regional seminar entitled ‘Making Mediation Work’ on Thursday 21 November in the Clayton Hotel, in Cork city.

Ronan McGoldrick (chair of ICMA, and a litigation and dispute resolution partner), will give the welcoming address.

Attendees will hear practical insights from experienced mediators, business influencers and lawyers operating in dispute resolution. 

Speakers include senior counsel and accredited mediator Pearse Sreenan, human resource expert Louisa Meehan, and Philip Fagan (senior clinical claims manager at the National Treasury Management Agency).

Benefits for business

The seminar will examine the benefits for business in using mediation to resolve disputes.

A light breakfast and refreshments will be served, and the seminar offers 1.5 hours of accredited CPD.
